The following conditions apply to complaints and returns:

  • Returns are only possible if the packaging or the product is damaged. Please note that this must be indicated on the delivery note when the goods are delivered to you. Returns are not possible afterwards.
  • Crediting will take place after receipt, inspection, and approval by DuniStore.com, provided the goods contain a delivery note stating that they arrived damaged by the carrier.
  • Specially ordered items cannot be returned.

It is important that you are aware of what you are ordering and that you inspect it carefully. Duni does not accept returns unless the items are damaged or contain misprints. All goods leaving the DuniStore warehouse have been inspected for breakage or damage.

We recommend reporting any damage to the goods to us immediately and indicating it on the carrier's delivery note.
If you order as a consumer, we adhere to the legal consumer warranty.
